Refunds, Usage Limits & Minimum Term

We pre-purchase computing resources to power human-quality rewriting. To keep pricing fair for everyone, we offer a short refund window, a simple usage limit, and a short minimum term.

Quick Summary

  • 7-day refund window from your first purchase, and only if total usage is 1,000 words or less — whichever comes first.
  • All paid plans include a 3-month minimum commitment. If you cancel after 7 days or after using over 1,000 words, you’ll complete the rest of the 3-month term.
  • No refunds after 7 days or once you pass 1,000 words.

Refund Eligibility (7 Days / ≤1,000 Words)

If EvadeGPT isn’t a fit, you can request a refund within 7 calendar days of your first purchase, as long as your total usage is 1,000 words or less. If the 7 days pass or you exceed 1,000 words, the purchase becomes non-refundable.

3-Month Minimum Subscription Commitment

To guarantee capacity, each subscription has a three (3) month minimum, billed on your standard cycle. If you cancel after the first 7 days or after exceeding 1,000 words, you’ll still have access and be billed through the end of the 3-month term.

Example

Start Jan 1 → exceed 1,000 words Jan 3 → cancel Jan 20. You’ll keep access and complete billing for Feb & Mar (the remaining two months). No refunds for Jan.

No Partial or Pro-Rata Refunds

We don’t offer partial or pro-rated refunds after the 7-day/1,000-word threshold. You can cancel anytime to prevent renewal beyond your current commitment.

How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)

Email contactevadegpt@gmail.com from your account email with your order details and a brief reason. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

Automatic Renewal & Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You can cancel anytime from your Account page. Cancelling stops future renewals after your current commitment ends.

Abuse & Chargebacks

Accounts may be suspended for abuse or fraud (e.g., repeated refunds after heavy usage). Filing a chargeback without contacting support may pause your account during the payment review.

We may update this page periodically. Continued use means you accept the latest version.
