Am I eligible for a refund?
A quick, unofficial check. Your first subscription purchase must have been within the last 3 days, you must not have used this guarantee before, and you must be under the 1,000-point fair-use limit. Support confirms final eligibility.

- Fair-use limit: the guarantee is for trying EvadeGPT, not completing work with it. If you have used more than 1,000 points since your purchase (the Humanizer uses about 1 point per word, so this is roughly 1,000 words of humanized text), the guarantee no longer applies.
- Renewals: the guarantee does not apply to renewal charges or later billing cycles. Cancel before renewal instead.
- Processing time: approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
- Failed generations: if a paid generation fails, the points it cost are refunded to your account automatically. This is separate from the subscription guarantee below.
§02Refund Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for the 3-day money-back guarantee, all of the following must be true:
- Time limit: your refund request must be submitted within 3 calendar days of your subscription start date.
- First purchase only: the guarantee applies to your initial subscription purchase. Renewals and subsequent billing cycles are not covered.
- One refund per account: each account is entitled to a single refund under this guarantee. Accounts that have already received a refund are not eligible again.
- Within the fair-use limit: you have used fewer than 1,000 points since your purchase. The Humanizer charges about 1 point per word, so this is roughly 1,000 words of humanized text. Usage above this indicates the product was used to complete work rather than evaluated, and the guarantee no longer applies.
§03How to Request a Refund
- Email us: send a message to contactevadegpt@gmail.com from the email address associated with your EvadeGPT account.
- Include: your account email and the date of purchase.
- Review: we will confirm eligibility and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days back to your original payment method.
§04Refund Processing Timeline

Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method. Estimated timelines:
- Credit and debit cards: 5 to 10 business days.
- PayPal: 3 to 5 business days.
- Other methods: may vary by provider.
We cannot expedite a refund once initiated, as processing timelines are controlled by your payment provider.
§05What Is Not Eligible for a Refund
- Renewal cycles: subscription renewals or any billing cycle after your first purchase.
- Outside the window: requests made more than 3 days after your first subscription purchase.
- Heavy usage: accounts that have used more than 1,000 points since the purchase (roughly 1,000 words of humanized text), which indicates the product was used to complete work rather than evaluated.
- Previously received a refund: accounts that have already been issued a refund under this guarantee.
- Accounts in bad standing: accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
§06Cancellation vs. Refund
- Cancellation stops future renewals. You can cancel at any time from your Account page. Cancellation does not trigger a refund unless you also meet the refund eligibility conditions above.
- Refund returns the money paid for your first subscription purchase, and is only available under the terms in this policy.
§07Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date via your Account page.
The 3-day money-back guarantee does not apply to renewal charges. If you no longer want the subscription, cancel before your next billing date instead of requesting a refund.
§08Failed Generations

If you spend points on a generation (an essay rewrite, a quiz, an image, or any other paid feature) and it fails, the points are credited back to your account automatically. This points refund is unrelated to the 3-day money-back guarantee on your subscription, and applies regardless of how long you have been subscribed.
§09Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By purchasing a subscription and using the EvadeGPT platform, you agree to contact us at contactevadegpt@gmail.com to resolve any billing issue before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer.
If your request falls outside the 3-day window, applies to a renewal charge, or your account has already received a refund under this guarantee, you are not entitled to a refund under this policy. In the event of a chargeback filed under these circumstances, we will provide the timestamp of your subscription and this policy as evidence to the payment processor. Accounts subject to disputed chargebacks may be suspended pending resolution.
§10Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
