At EvadeGPT, we are committed to your satisfaction. We understand that sometimes our services may not meet your expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for subscriptions to our AI text humanization and detection bypass services.

Refund Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Time Limit: Your refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days (168 hours) from the date and time of your initial subscription purchase.
  • Usage Limit: Your total word usage across all features must not exceed 1,000 words during the refund period. This includes all text processed through our humanization, detection bypass, and any other features.
  • First Purchase Only: Refunds apply only to your first subscription purchase. Renewal payments and subsequent billing cycles are non-refundable.
  • Single Refund: Each user is entitled to only one refund. If you have previously received a refund, subsequent purchases will not be eligible for refunds.

Important:

If you exceed 1,000 words or if 7 days have passed since your purchase, your subscription becomes non-refundable. You may still cancel your subscription to prevent future renewals, but no refund will be issued for the current billing period.

What is Not Eligible for Refund

The following circumstances do not qualify for refunds:

  • Subscription renewals or subsequent billing cycles after your initial purchase
  • Usage exceeding 1,000 words, even if within the 7-day window
  • Requests submitted after the 7-day refund window has expired
  • Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  • Partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period
  • Downgrades or plan changes (you may upgrade or cancel, but no refunds are issued for downgrades)
  • Accounts where you have previously received a refund

How to Request a Refund

If you meet the eligibility requirements and wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email Us: Send an email to contactevadegpt@gmail.com from the email address associated with your EvadeGPT account.
  2. Include Required Information: In your email, please provide:
    • Your account email address
    • The date of your subscription purchase
    • The subscription plan you purchased
    • A brief reason for your refund request
    • Confirmation that your word usage is 1,000 words or less
  3. Review and Processing: We will review your request and verify your eligibility. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. If approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.

Refund Processing and Timeline

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Typically 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: Typically 3-5 business days after processing
  • Other Payment Methods: Processing times may vary

Please note that we cannot expedite the refund process once it has been initiated, as the timeline is controlled by your payment provider.

Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation and refund are different actions:

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Account page. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not issue a refund for the current billing period (unless you meet refund eligibility requirements).
  • Refund: A refund returns the money you paid for your subscription. Refunds are only available under the conditions outlined in this policy.

Subscription Renewals and Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid period, after which your account will revert to the free plan (if available) or be terminated.

Important: Cancelling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund. If you cancel after the 7-day window or after exceeding 1,000 words, you will not receive a refund, but future renewals will be prevented.

Abuse Prevention and Chargebacks

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service. Accounts engaged in suspicious activity, such as repeatedly requesting refunds after heavy usage, may be flagged and denied refunds.

If you file a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us, your account may be suspended during the payment review process. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any issues directly.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
