Cancel your subscription

How to cancel

1. Go to your account page.
2. Under Danger zone, find Cancel subscription and select Cancel plan.
3. Follow the steps and confirm with Cancel my subscription.

Before the last step you may see other options, such as switching plan or pausing for 30 days. You can skip them.

After you cancel

• You are not charged again. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Changed your mind? Select Reactivate on the Plan row of your account page before the period ends.
• When the period ends, your account moves to Free and your balance drops to at most 150 points.
• Cancelling does not refund the current period. See Billing, refunds and disputes.

Pausing instead

The cancel steps offer a 30-day pause. Charges stop for 30 days and restart automatically. While paused, your paid features are off.

Things that do not cancel

Deleting the app, deleting your account or simply not using EvadeGPT does not cancel a subscription. Cancel first. If you cannot sign in, use the contact form before your renewal date.
